Founded by Ricky and Catherine Shelley, Hands and Feet Home Care LLC was born out of a shared calling to provide more than just in-home healthcare. It was created as a ministry of compassion — one that honors the dignity of every client and recognizes the sacredness of caregiving. As lifelong residents of North Carolina with deep roots in faith and service, Ricky and Catherine envisioned an agency that not only meets the physical needs of clients but also nurtures the emotional and spiritual well-being of all who enter into this sacred work.

For Ricky, a registered nurse with years of experience across hospice, emergency care, and pediatric settings, caregiving has always been more than a profession — it’s a vocation. Catherine, with a heart for service and a background in community support and faith formation, brings her own gifts of encouragement, discernment, and organization. Together, they carry a shared belief that care begins with love — and love starts with Christ.

At the core of Hands and Feet Home Care is a simple, powerful vision: to be the hands and feet of Jesus in every home we enter. This means offering high-quality, personalized care to each client while also fostering a work culture that values and uplifts caregivers.
